Családom és Anyukám,
May 22nd! My mission president last week on Thursday asked
me if I wanted to go home in July or in May. Due to the weird changes if he
left it the same there would have been transfers in May, June, July, August and
September. Only three of us would be leaving in June, so he thought he would
change it. I told him May would be the best, but he told me nothing was set. I
guess he actually did get it changed. Cool, well, I will be home soon then...
This last week has been really difficult for a couple of the
people we meet with. Their lives are falling apart, and they don't understand
why. We have been teaching them a lot, but the amazing part is this hasn't
affected their testimony's at all. They still have questions, but they are
working through them with God. It has been amazing to experience their faith
and testimony. It has also been really humbling for me to see how one should be
among trials.
This last week we also had some fun.
Bálint is one of the youth here. He plays on his school's
basket ball team. He invited us over to play against them. We wrecked them, but
it was a lot of fun.
Other funny thing. Some random gypsy kid came up and wanted a
flier, so we gave him one and told him to go give it to someone. Eventually he
asked for a lot of fliers and handed it out to everyone. He would dance, run,
jump, tackle, or anything to give out fliers. It was impressive.
