Wonderful experience of brain power

Hello family

I have a funny story. I was about to start cooking and I washed the pan I wanted to use. I noticed it was still wet in the middle of the pan, so I just dumped it out onto the stove top. This is an electric stove. What I didn't know was this was not water, instead it was oil. My companion had put some in without me noticing. So hot oil on hot stove top. Not good. It got worse. It caught on fire. So now a fire, fabulous. I actually got excited because I remember that if you put powder onto the fire on stoves it goes out. Turns out that is only with Baking power. I used flour. Flour plus fire = more fire. So now it is a big fire, burning flour, with hot oil on a hot stove top. Next step I thought, well if I get rid of the air around it, it will go out. So I put our pan over it. It didn't work. Just ruined the pan. Finally I decided to use my brain. So I drizzled some water on it, and it went out. It was a wonderful experience of brain power.

My last Saturday was also an epic fail. We tried to go look up a family in the middle of some falu and got lost, so after a while we gave up and went home in the pouring rain. Then at home we decided to do dishes. Our dishwasher over flooded and the neighbors downstairs freaked out because it leaked into their apartment. Then we went tracting in the rain. Accidentally taught a guy who has short term memory lost. He couldn't remember the entire conversation we had. It was weird. Then we ended the day with sleep. Not the best day.

We have found a family by the way. The mom came with her son to English Class last week. There she was interested in our spiritual thought, and asked to meet. So yesterday we went over to their house, and we played ping pong, ate a really good lunch, and had an amazing lesson about the Restoration. They had a ton of questions. The mom was pretty doubtful though, but her son helped a ton. She was really bugged about really knowing what we said was true. The son kept on saying to her, "You don't understand! You have to read to understand, and believe!" He said this because we had talked about the BOM and how it is our proof. By the way, the kid is only 13.

Had a great week, and hopefully this week will be even better.

Love you all!
