We had one miracle this last
week. We found a family a few weeks ago where the parents had been
investigating the church in England for a long time. They already want to get
baptized and everything. Problem is since then it has been impossible to meet
with them because they are so busy, and they didn't give me their number, so
all I could do was guess when they were home. So I gave up on it until one day
the Dad pulls up next to us as we are walking down the street and apologizes
that we haven't been able to meet, and explained his situation. I said it is no
big deal, so he gave me his phone number to call, and then the woman next to
him piped up and said, "You should also meet with me!" I said that's
cool, and figured I will get a hold of her later. (She was his mom) Well this
last Sunday a random lady came to church, so I sat by her and got to know her
and found out she was that mom. So I got her number and we will meet with her
this week. Pretty neat huh?
Our investigator passed her baptismal
interview. She is all ready for baptism. It got moved to September 7th because
we couldn't get the swimming pool reserved in time, but no biggie, it will be
awesome!!!
Just so you know. Next week will be transfers, so I will not
be able to email until next Tuesday. By the way, pray that we will have some
miracles this week. We have a lot of potential, we just need things to work out
that are only in God's hands. :)
