Happy Mother's Day! We were able to talk with Justin for an hour--the best gift I received. He is excited about his new area and his new companion. He called from the home of a member.

Anyukám and családom,
Hey!!! I feel like I said hi to you all yesterday...
It was fun to see you all yesterday. A little change here
is always welcomed. I really don't have to much to say, because we talked
yesterday. I will just explain what went on a little bit last week.
Last week was chaotic. I felt like I was running here and
there, and just not getting a ton of work done. We did a lot of traveling going
out to falu's that I was completely not familiar with. I am hoping this week
will be a little more calm so that we can focus on our work a little better.
So one kind of interesting story happened. We have started
tracting in a little area called Kertváros. There are a lot of 10 story's
there.
Well in one we knocked on a door and a young kid like 16
came out.
After a few moments we found out he wasn't really
interested, but said his mom was already meeting with people like us. After
asking, we found it was none of us, so we just moved on. Well, the next day we
went back to finish this 10 story, because we didn't get it done the day
before. Before we got into the elevator, a woman came out and she stopped us
and asked if it was us that had knocked on her door and talked to her son. We
were a little confused a little, but we we ended up talking for a little while,
and in the conversation I learned that this lady's was super hard right now,
and she is just searching for comfort. I promised her a lot of things, namely
that she would get comfort from the BOM. (I gave her one) We will hopefully be
meeting with her soon to continue what we talked about. I just thought it was
really interesting how God put us in her path that day so we could talk to her
and give her comfort.
I am having a great time here in Hungary. The work is
strenuous, but it moves, and it gives me a lot of joy. I hope you all have a
great week!!
sok szeretettel
