Anyukám és családom,
Some stories. I will
talk about two interesting people I have met in my travels. First person I call
"the wonderer". This guy spoke 4 languages and had no nationality.
Why? Because with his wife and four children he walks across countries through
forests, and lives off the wild, and the government. Never works or anything,
just travels. He was nice, but weird. Next guy I like to call "the
viking". He was huge, red haired and from Norway. That is all.
Next person I would like to
talk about is a wonderful boy we met from Zambia. He was super humble, and
cool. He spoke Bamba, english, and Hungarian, and he is now our investigator.
we just started with him, but if he continues he will accept. He is open to us,
and he is humble enough to listen to the spirit, so if he prays, I believe he
will found the truth for himself.
Last week we did a ton of finding again. Most of our investigators basically said they no longer want to meet. Frustrating, but we are trying to be diligent, so we hit the streets. It was really funny because I got to sign a BOM during streeting someone. We were talking to some college student about religion, and in the end he didn't want to learn about ours, but he asked us if we could sign his BOM we gave him, because "he had never met an American before". Weird, but I said ok, and I signed it. It's proof I am a good missionary :P
I also had a good experience
while tracting. Once again no success from it, but it was different from the
usually. This old lady let us in, and we talked for a while about God, and his
church. This was interesting because this was the first Hungarian to actually
bare her testimony about Christ (outside of the members from our church).
It was super cool to hear it, because most of the time the testimony is more
like, My dad was Catholic, and so was his dad's dad, and now I am a Catholic,
and I will die a Catholic. It gets annoying sometimes.Last week we did a ton of finding again. Most of our investigators basically said they no longer want to meet. I have more, but I will save
them for another day. I really hope you all stay safe in all your travels.
